The evening begins with an accessible early celebration ideal for groups, families, and early-night revelers. Guests will enjoy a full four-course Imperial menu featuring signature starters, table-served second courses, and a premium selection of entrées including Beijing Chicken, Spicy Pepper Mignon, Chilean Sea Bass (+8), and Maine Lobster (+45).

Mid Seating

7:15pm – 9:15pm

$175 per person

The prime-time dinner experience elevates the energy while maintaining Philippe Chow’s renowned sophistication. Guests will indulge in the same four-course Imperial menu, accompanied by warm ambience, DJ-curated music, and a chic, cocktail-forward crowd.

Late Seating

9:30pm – 12:00am

$250 per person • Includes Champagne & Party Favors

The signature New Year’s Eve experience. This final seating carries guests through the countdown with a celebratory blend of fine dining and nightlife.
